Hello!
My name is Daniel Bezden.
I've been in business for myself most of my working life - and have a strong and successful marketing and sales background.
I started operating in the Home Improvement industry in 2001, where I owned a Kitchen and Bath Remodeling company in Austin, Texas for many years - specializing in helping IKEA customers. We installed as many as 14 kitchens a week. Before that, I had a very creative career as a Publishing Company owner in South Africa.
After moving to Atlanta in 2021, and getting into HVAC sales in 2022, I became the 2nd highest producer at a Company in Atlanta in 2023, with close to $2,9 million in annual sales. Not bad for the first full year from a guy with no previous technical experience in the HVAC industry.

There is nothing like a handshake to make a personal connection with a potential customer. There are many reasons why HVAC sales are best handled in person. However, being a father to three Millennial boys, I've also been able to stay in touch with the realities of the younger generation. It was my oldest son, Yeager, who really drove this home to me: "Dad, Millenials don't like to go through the experience of In Home Sales. They can do their own research. They just want a price."
Yeager performed extremely well, selling Kitchen and Bath remodels for me - providing Instant Estimates with a system he developed. Customers loved it.
One of my easiest HVAC sales was in fact to a very young couple with no kids. They had done their research on the Company, the Product and the Price. All I had to do was to confirm a few things and take the order.
After having more similar experiences with younger customers - I realized that in order to stay relevant to the Gen Z and Millennial population, the need to provide pricing online is critical - and so a new business was born.
